JOB SUMMARY: The Director of Buildings & Grounds provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all district facilities, grounds, maintenance, custodial, warehouse, and safety programs across the district. This position ensures safe, compliant, efficient, and well-maintained learning environments through comprehensive facility management, preventive maintenance, capital planning, and project oversight. The Director leads multiple operational teams, manages vendor and service contracts, oversees capital and operational budgets, and coordinates emergency preparedness and regulatory compliance across approximately 18 district facilities and 300+ acres of grounds.
